The buildings are in great condition but a little dusty will not be cleaned before shipping. The incandescent light strand that comes with them does not work. One of the incandescent bulbs probably needs replaced. On the cardboard sleeve, one of the sides is ripped and has been taped together to pervert further damage. But like I said before, the houses are in great condition.
